Currently, subscriptions cannot be shared between Apple and Android devices.
1) If you purchased BeautyPlus Premium from the App Store before, but you are now using Android device, please provide us with your purchase screenshot. We will assist you to transfer your membership.
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
2) If you purchased BeautyPlus Premium from the Google Play Store before, but you are now using iPhone, please provide us with your order number, We will assist you to transfer your membership.
When you purchase items on the Google Play Store, you usually receive a confirmation email which includes your order number.
If you are unable to find the confirmation email, you can find your order number online according to following steps:
1. Go to pay.google.com/ and log in to your Google account
2. Tap the purchase record on the left side
3. Select the corresponding order
