Apology and Update for BeautyPlus Android Users

Thank you for using BeautyPlus.

 

Since our app launched in 2013, it has been used by over a billion people worldwide. Our avatar feature, in particular, has been very well received by our Japanese customers.

 

However, we have encountered technical issues with the Android version of our app. To address these and provide better service, we have decided to take the following actions:

  1. Temporarily remove certain features, including the avatar feature, from the Android version of the app.
  2. Work on improving and enhancing the removed features.
  3. Reintroduce these features in a more user-friendly and high-quality form after improvements.

Please note that all features will continue to be available on the iOS version of the app as usual.

 

This decision is made to provide you with a better experience. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and support.

 

We will promptly re-release the optimized features once they are ready. We are committed to providing you with a better BeautyPlus experience and thank you for your understanding and trust.
