After you have subscribed to BeautyPlus Premium, if you do not see that your Premium membership has taken effect, it may be caused for the following reasons:
1. You were logged out of the Apple or Google account that you made the purchase on.
2. The country/region setting for your Apple or Google account was changed.
3. An unexpected connection error occurred between the App Store/Google Play and the BeautyPlus app.
How do I restore my premium:
1. Please check if you cancelled the subscription or if the payment failed.
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap Account at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions" then tap "Media & Purchases" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, log in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)
4. Check if there is a BeautyPlus subscription. If so, make sure the subscription has not expired.
