Why Am I Unable to Save Photos or Videos?

Your edits won’t be saved if the following situations occur:
 
  1. The photo or video was edited using BeautyPlus Premium features (there is a diamond mark on the icons of all the BeautyPlus Premium features/content). 
  2. The storage space on your device is insufficient.
  3. The storage permission is not allowed. Please go to the Settings and allow storage permission.
