- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Log in with your Apple ID and password.
- Choose the item for which you would like a refund and click Report or Report a Problem.
- Follow the instructions on the page to select the reason for your refund request and submit it.
If you are unable to request a refund using the above website, please contact Apple Support to apply for a refund with an agent.

According to Google’s policies, if less than 48 hours has passed since your app purchase or in-app transaction, you may request a refund through Google Play.
- Go to play.google.com/store/account (or the Google Play Refund Page).
- Log in with your Google account and password.
- Click Order History and find the relevant order.
- Select Request a Refund or Report a Problem and choose the option that best describes your issue.
- Complete the form and submit.
You will receive an email with the outcome of your refund request. This usually takes about 15 minutes but may take up to 4 business days.

- The email address you used to make the purchase
