If your BeautyPlus Premium is not showing as active after subscribing, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- You were logged out of the Apple or Google account that you made the purchase on.
- The country/region setting for your Apple or Google account was changed.
- An unexpected connection error occurred between the App Store/Google Play and the BeautyPlus app.
Steps to Restore Your Premium

Step 1: Check Your Subscription Status
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap Account at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Check if there is a BeautyPlus subscription. If so, make sure the subscription has not expired.
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) and select Subscriptions.
- Find and select your BeautyPlus subscription to check its status.

Step 2: Reinstall the App
Uninstall the BeautyPlus app and then install it again.

Step 3: Restore Purchases
Open the BeautyPlus app and tap Restore Purchases under Settings.
