Can I Change My Subscription Plan or Device?

When it comes to changing your BeautyPlus subscription, there are two important situations to note:

  1. Changing Your Subscription Plan

    If you choose to switch to a shorter billing cycle, your billing period will change at the end of the current cycle. Please note that you cannot change an ongoing annual subscription to a monthly subscription. Therefore, you will need to wait until your current subscription expires before switching to the monthly plan within the app.
  2. Device or Account Changes

    BeautyPlus Premium subscriptions can only be associated with one Apple ID or Google account. If you are using the same account on the same platform, your subscription can be successfully transferred.

    However, if you switch to a different operating system (Android to iOS/ iOS to Android) or use a different account, you will need to purchase a new subscription.
